Supervision Level for Potsdam, Germany

Supervision level:

The supervision level for this program is HIGH. This program is intended for teens 14-17 who are comfortable with a small degree of independence.  School staff accompany students during class time or on school-organized activities and also supervise them durings meals and in residence. 

With parental permission, students can separate from the group on shopping expeditions so long as they are in pairs or small groups of 3 or 4 students and have the approval of the course director.  Students can also be granted parental permission to attend the "teenager disco" with school staff or other program participants until 11:00 PM.

The curfew for all students is 11:00 PM, 7 nights a week.

Residence staff will enforce the above curfew.

Student will be provided with a 24-hour emergency contact # which they must carry with them at all times.

If students are not behaving in a manner considered acceptable for their age it could result in expulsion from the program without refund.
