What airport should I arrive to?

For the Teen Residence Program in Tarragona, you should arrive to the Barcelona International Airport where you will be met by a school chaperone in the arrival's hall.  You will taken to the school in Tarragona which is about 100 km from the airport.

When should I arrive?

You should plan to arrive on a Sunday and depart on a Saturday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. For flights from the US/Canada this means leaving the US/Canada on a Saturday and flying overnight for a Sunday morning arrival in Europe.

How can I get to Barcelona from the US/Canada?

There are a handful of international carriers that offer direct flights from the US to Barcelona and they include:

American Airlines (from JFK)

Delta Airlines (from JFK)

Iberia (from JFK)

US Airways (from Philidelphia)

In addition there are numerous international carriers that offer indirect flights (this list is by no means comprehensive so check with your travel agent for additional options)::
